Dual gel design. Soft gel in the heel and forefront absorbs shock for all day relief. Arch cushion supports the arch for greater overall comfort. Performance foam absorbs shock for ultimate comfort. Perforated for breathability.

Directions

Remove clear adhesive backing from bottom of insole. For best results, remove existing insole and replace with KIWI insole with fabric side up. If necessary cut along the outline on the underside of the insole that matches your shoe size, or use original insole as a guide.
