1. Position your shoe horn in the heel of the shoe with the handle facing upward.

2. Slide your foot into shoe. When foot is in shoe, remove shoe horn.

Special notes:

For short shoe horn, it may be easier to use with foot resting on a chair. For long shoe horn, it may be easier to use while standing.
